Search Process

Our Search Process:

• Meet with you at your offices, to discuss and confirm your product ranges, and business strategy.
• Discuss and confirm foreseeable objectives for the role and the requirements for candidates.
• Assist in writing the job description, and objectives (if required).
• Pull together a list of suitable interview questions.
• Advertise and search for potential candidates
• Interview and screen candidates, providing you with a shortlist of suitable individuals and their C.V.’s.
• Liaise with candidates of your choice to arrange interviews and answer any questions you or they may have.
• Follow up with candidates post interview and give feedback to both client and candidate.
• Arrange second interviews
• Present offer to successful candidate and ensure any concerns are fully covered before signature.
• Keep in contact with both client and candidate to ensure smooth transition for at least three months after starting date.

Our Fees:

We are confident that we can offer you a first class service, which will result in the placement of a candidate who is an excellent match for the role and your business, for a fee which is competitive in the current market place.

We are happy to offer a 2.5% discount on the first placement with your company, after which we will revert to our normal fee structure.

Of course, in the very unlikely event of our candidate leaving your employment within their first 3-months, you will still be entitled to our full guarantee on the placement, which covers you for this period.
