PDQA Ltd was set up in 2013 by Mark, who after having worked 17 years for some of UK’s largest and well known retailers: Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Tesco, and Habitat, to support businesses drawing upon his wealth of experience and knowledge of Product Development, Quality Assurance and Compliance across a wide variety of Homeware products areas, as well as Fashion Accessories and Apparel.

PDQA Ltd is available to work with:

  • Retailers – small, medium or large
  • Suppliers
  • Sourcing agents, / factories
  • Designers  (Product and Interior Designers)
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Test Houses

– who may, or may not, currently have their own in-house Product Development / Quality Assurance teams; or may be supplying products to customers in the UK, but without any local representation.

PDQA Ltd are able to offer their services to suit the needs of the client, on either a project, interim, or contract basis.

We have extensive network of freelance consultants and experienced professionals who can also drawn upon to support your business.

Mark Liddiard

Owner / Director

Mark studied a Degree and Masters in Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering at Brunel University, and achieved his Chartered Engineers status with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE).
